Mixed Level This class takes time to fully explore each posture. The focus is on balance, strength and flexbility while maintaining proper breath through asana postures. By breathing fully you not only oxygenate the body, but trian the mind to be aware and focused. The movement and poses build heat within the body, improving posture and circulation. Each instructor brings a different style to each class. Some yoga experience is preferred.
Slow Flow The focus here is on building strength & stamina, balance and alignment, through holding poses for 30 seconds to 1 minute, while gently flowing. This allows our minds to be fully aware of where we are in our body through the practice. Like meditation in motion. This mindful class is great for improving focus and flexibility while opening muscles, therefore improving energy flow through the body.
Yoga Basics This class is great for those who are new to yoga. Working on basic yoga asana postures while learning proper alignment. We will cover lots of fundamentals when it comes to breathing, alignment and transitioning between poses. Experienced yogis will benefit from this class, as coming back to the basics we are reminded of some placements that may have been overlooked or forgotten...
